| Financing Options:
We provide a couple of different services for our patients who wish
to finance their care payments over time. Although we have no direct
interest in either of these companies, we offer the following information
for our patients' convenience. You can click on their website links
for even more information, or ask at our office and we'll be happy
to talk further with you.
Care Credit*
CareCredit offers three interest free payment plans (3, 6 or 12
months)
Minimum charges are required to be eligible for the interest free
periods. ($300 for 3 months, $700 for 6 months and $1,000 for 12
months)
Minimum monthly payments on all plans are 3% of the outstanding
balance or $10, whichever is greater. (For instance, if the patient
charged $800, the interest free period would be 6 months and the
minimum monthly payment would be $24. )
There is no cost to apply, no down payment and no annual fee.
When patients want more time to pay for treatment over $2500, CareCredit
also offers and Extended Payment Plan with a fixed annual interest
rate of 12.96%.

Dental Fee Plan*
The patient can select a monthly payment that fits within their
budget
Patients choose the length of the term. The shorter the term, the
lower the interest rate.
Rates range from 9.99% to 12.99%.
For instance, if the patient borrows $4,300.00 for 60 months at
12.99% A.P.R. , the monthly payment would be $99.00.
